How it Works
1. We ask you some simple questions, giving us insight into which hypnotic techniques will be most effective.
2. Our system uses a combination of expert experience and modern AI to create a series of bespoke sessions, tailored for you.
3. Each week, you will listen to three tailored hypnosis sessions. Each session will be between 20 and 30 minutes. All you have to do is find a quiet place, listen, and relax.
4. We’ll ask you a few short questions about your experience of the sessions and the results you’re seeing. Using this information, our system will further tailor the sessions, ensuring you get the most out of each one.

What is hypnosis?
Hypnosis is a natural state of consciousness, where you’re both relaxed and focused at the same time. You probably enter a hypnotic state a few times a day: when you’re travelling a familiar route without thinking about which turns to take, or when you get lost in a good book or TV show. A hypnotist’s job is to help you enter this state, and then to use it to help you achieve positive change.
Can I be hypnotized against my will?
No. Hypnosis does not work if you don’t want it to work. The hypnotist is less of a controller and more of a a guide, helping you to achieve things you already want to achieve.
What if I’m not able to wake up, or get “stuck” in a trance?
A hypnotic state is a lot like lying comfortably in bed, feeling warm and relaxed. You might want to stay there for a while, but any sort of interruption, like an alarm or a knock at the door, will instantly bring you out of it, and you can get up whenever you want to.
Will I remember what happened while I was hypnotized?
Yes. You’ll remember being relaxed, and you’ll remember whatever the hypnotist chose to talk about.
Is this therapy?
Although hypnotherapy is a very effective treatment for many mental health problems, our sessions are designed to help you more easily achieve lifestyle goals, not treat mental illness. If you feel you have mental health issues, consult a professional in person.
What if hypnosis doesn’t work on me?
Hypnosis can work on anyone who wants it to work, but not everyone responds well to audio files. If after your first week of sessions you haven’t been able to enter trance, you can cancel your subscription for a full refund.
